Creditors and others having claims against the estate of Jessie Obree Shuttle Cadman aka Jessie Cadman are hereby notified under Section 38 of the Trustee Act that particulars of their claims should be sent to the solictor for the Executor of Jessie Obree Shuttle Cadman aka Jessie Cadman’s estate, John R. Cooper Law Corporation, Barrister & Solicitor, at P.O. Box 100, Osoyoos, BC V0H 1V0 on or before July 31, 2009, after which date the solictor for the Executor of the estate will distribute the estate among the parties entitled to it, having regard to the claims of which the solicitor for the Executor for the estate then has notice.
